Swan Manufacturing is a custom product molding and casting company located in Geneseo, Illinois. We use a proprietary molding technology that eliminates the need for metal molds. Since no special tooling or metalwork is involved in the molding process, we can make parts or products for a much lower price per piece, in virtually any size or shape, and generally without an initial molding fee.
Items we produce can be of any hardness or softness - from as soft as a Nerf ball to as hard as steel. Any strength range can be made. Items can be cast as clear as glass or in any color or combination of colors desired.
We have produced various industrial parts, such as: Gaskets, housings, impellers, computer components, knobs, trays, handles, auto parts, and gears. This is a short list of parts we have done. We have also cast hundreds of other types of parts in a huge range of fields.
Consumer products we have produced include: birdhouses, bird feeders, picture frames, rain gauge holders, planters, stepping stones, games, golf items, pet products, architectural molding and trim, auto products, fossil replicas, statues, agricultural products, and ancient artifacts. Items we have produced range in size from earrings to boats. Virtually any sized item can be made without an initial mold cost fee.
